- 2 onions
- 2 – 3 beets
- Virgin olive oil
1. Peel the beets and boil them in water with salt.
2. Cut them finely in tiny pieces and then put the pieces in a bowl.
3. Next, cut the onion in pieces, and mix them with the beets. Then, add vinegar and virgin olive oil to the mixture. Add salt if you wish.
4. In the end, spray it with some vinaigrette and let it for about an hour!
